Virtual CFO Services was established on 1 January 2022 in Ernakulam, with one commitment: deliver real financial leadership to businesses that are not yet large enough to employ it full time.
We are managed and guided by a team of Chartered Accountants, MBAs, Advocates, Company Secretaries and experienced support staff. That mix matters: most financial questions a growing business faces are really legal, tax and operational questions wearing a financial disguise.

A hands-on Virtual CFO who acts as a strategic partner to business owners - managing cash flow, optimising budgets, building investor-ready pitches and leading finance operations. Rather than looking backwards at filings, he handles the numbers so founders can focus on building.
Principal Mentor & Senior Valuer
A Fellow Chartered Accountant and Senior Valuer registered under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and the Wealth Tax Act. He provides strategic direction and technical oversight across the practice, with decades of authority in business valuation, financial restructuring and complex statutory frameworks.
Manager — Operations Head
The operational anchor of the firm. He designs the underlying workflows, builds operational frameworks and manages resource allocation so every engagement moves from start to finish with precision and accountability.
Manager — Internal Audit & Taxation
A finance and tax professional covering corporate taxation, direct and indirect tax advisory, statutory compliance and internal financial controls. Beyond leading internal audits, he manages tax planning, risk assessment, ledger review and notice resolution.
Manager — Statutory Compliance
Keeps businesses compliant and deadline-ready, managing statutory obligations from direct tax filings through GST and corporate law - so compliance standing is maintained without regulatory friction.
Manager — Startup Support
Works directly with founders and emerging enterprises, from entity structuring and initial registrations through to scalable accounting frameworks - turning complex compliance into actionable steps.
Manager — Administration & Client Relationship
The bridge between leadership, team and clients. She oversees administrative operations, streamlines onboarding and keeps communication clear and responsive at every stage.
Head — UAE Operations
Over 28 years in accounts, audit, finance and tax consultancy, the last 17 of them in the United Arab Emirates. He leads UAE operations, specialising in business and asset valuation, corporate tax advisory, VAT consultation and audit support.
